Involved laboratories: LTSI (Rennes 1), INRIA (Vannes), ENS (Rennes), M2S (Rennes), LAUREPS (Rennes 2), et CIC-IT Inserm 1414 (CHU – Rennes 1). The clinical trial is supported by the CIC-IT.
  • 2005-2015:  Co-writing, co-recording and co-manager of the studies of the limits of the athlete's heart based on the heart rate and arterial pressure variabilities and/or echocardiographic data recording (4 last years based on a co-direction of a university thesis, doctoral student: David Matelot, with Prof. F. Carré):
    • impact of early or late beginning of regular physical practice  (before 40 or after 50 yrs old) on heart characteristics in seniors (resting and exercise echocardiographic data, resting ECG and resting HRV data)
    • vaso-vagal syncope in bradycardial and non bradycardial athletes, using tilt-test (resting HRV and arterial pressure data, in decubitus and during tilt test, resting echocardiographic recording, cardiorespiratory exercise measurements, holter 24H)
    • cardiac fatigue during long cycling races (resting ECG and HRV measurements), after intensive training in naval commandos (resting ECG and echocardiographic measurements) and in moderately trained Officer Candidates of Saint-Cyr Coëtquidan School (resting ECG and echocardiographic measurements, resting HRV data)
